Atlantic Forest Association

We are developing tailored scientific-supported conservation programs to protect all forms of life, from the microorganisms in the soil, plants and trees to the top predators of the food chain - including the endemic species that are critically endangered in the Atlantic forest's biodiversity hotspot. Our strategy also includes environmental education initiatives through the 'School of Nature' and the 'Playground in Nature' projects (please see our website for more information). Our goal is to implement community-based conservation programs through education and social engagement.
