Atlantic Marine Training is a leading training provider in marine SAR, and accredited leisure and commercial training.
At Atlantic Marine Training, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to engage in safe water-based training. Between our fantastic team of instructors, we have over 5 decades of experience in maritime instruction.
We are currently running the Department of Transport accredited VHF Radio Short Range Certificate(SRC) and Long Range Course(LRC) nationwide, and the Irish Sailing national powerboat scheme, advanced Powerboat scheme, instructor training, and jet ski scheme, however their are exciting times in the next few weeks with a number of new courses to be announced.
Our permanent training centre is located in the heart of the Gaelteacht in Galway at Carraroe, Barraderry, Co. Galway. Our shore-based facilities there are zero omission, offering you the maritime training you require with a minimal carbon footprint.
