We are a Canadian-based digital securities company that will raise financing for companies in private capital markets and will give investors greater access to investment opportunities utilizing blockchain and digital technology. Over the past several hundred years, public securities have benefited enormously from technological innovations that increased the overall accessibility, efficiency, and reliability for public companies and investors. In the meanwhile, private capital markets have experienced very few technological developments. Issuers and investors in the fields of private equity and real estate still operate in a highly opaque, inaccessible, costly, and highly illiquid environment. By using digital securities powered by blockchain technology, Atlas One will solve private capital markets' pain points. Digital securities are digital representations of traditional securities and financial interests (i.e. equity, debt, or fund units). Digital securities allow the ownership and transaction of all types of assets to be recorded on the blockchain. Moreover, the implementation of smart contracts automatizes the execution of legal characteristics of traditional contracts. This allows issuers and investors to raise and invest capital on their own terms, enhances liquidity, and enables the creation of new and innovative financial products.
