Atlas Renewable LLC was formed in January of 2022 to effectuate a $50 million investment in Energy Vault Holdings, Inc. (Energy Vault) (NYSE: NRGV) and to facilitate a License Agreement with Energy Vault for developing the Chinese market for deployment of their gravity-based energy storage and power generation technology. This investment and the strategic partnership that was formed is a prototype for collaboration that Atlas strives to replicate.
