ATM Associates, LLC is a commercial leasing company that was founded in 2004.
We are a group of 5 partners that wanted to try our hand in real estate. We started with an old, run-down building and learned hands-on what it takes to turn a property into a great rental space. We also learned how to attract tenants and work with them to make their businesses thrive.
Presently we have four commercial properties in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Among our 30 tenants are small retailers, national companies, banks and restaurants.
