ATM Project

Apprentice Training & Mentorship (ATM) Project is a human capital development and empowerment platform through Technical, Vocational & Entrepreneurial Trainings and Mentorship programs and projects. The ATM Project model is flexibly structured to accommodate unskilled youths, Freelance Skilled Professionals, Start-Up Business operators and established organizations participating in different category of available programs or projects to ultimately transfer professional technical, vocational and entrepreneurial skills or services to empower and positively engage the increasing number of unemployed/idle Nigeria youths into profitable ventures, thereby making them useful to themselves, families and the entire society at large. The training model provides master training through direct internship enabling trainees gain core hands-on competence through real life practical experience and mentorship for skilled, freelance and new start-up professionals who has shown satisfactory level of competence in becoming, a lead trainer, trainee assistance, project supervisor and project manager. The ATM Project offers variety of programs such as the Skill-Up Workshop (usually tagged the ”Entrepreneurial Development Work (EDW)”, Skill Up Master Class, Skill-Up Train The Trainer (TTT), Start-Up, Tech-Up and Research Projects.
