Atomic Collaborative Strategies focuses on STEAM education, professional coaching and creating impactful opportunities. Our mission is to empower the Hispanic community y providing access to high-quality multilingual educational content that prepares learners for success. At the heart of our work is the Nukie-Lukie™ STEAM Homeschool Curriculum, designed for Pre-K through 9th grade. This comprehensive curriculum emphasizes multilingual education, integrating English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Latin. Drawing on elements from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and Astra Nova methodologies, our curriculum fosters collaborative learning between parents and children while encouraging students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The curriculum also focuses heavily on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and science, helping children discover their strengths and passions through hands-on exploration. A core part of our educational approach is the CIRP methodology (Collaborative, Intentional, Reflective, Progress-Oriented), a learning model I developed to emphasize collaborative learning between parents and children. This innovative method encourages parents to actively engage in their child's learning, fostering critical thinking and adaptability. CIRP allows for flexible, goal-oriented learning that evolves with each child’s interests, creating a dynamic and personalized educational experience. Our educational mission is rooted in the belief that learning should be accessible, engaging, and reflective of real-world applications. We are committed to providing STEAM education in Spanish to underrepresented communities, offering a curriculum that nurtures academic success and strengthens parent-child relationships through collaborative projects and interactive learning experiences.
