ATRO Engineering and Management Limited (Atro E&M) is an experienced infrastructure Engineering and Management firm that initially operated as Mott MacDonald Uganda Limited for over 12years. Following a management buyout and localization strategy, Mott MacDonald Uganda limited was renamed Atro E&M with a key focus on Infrastructure Engineering, Advisory, and Project management services. We are passionate about excellence within the sectors in which we operate i.e. Transport, Build Environment, Water, Energy Infrastructure, and Advisory.
