On October 5th, 2021, the Heino Family entered into an agreement to sell ATS Scientific Inc. to an investment group that brings experience in growing Canadian businesses and are excited by the prospect of investing further in the growth of ATS Scientific. This transaction is a strong fit with ATS’ customers, suppliers, and staff as strategic expansion will lead to innovation, increased efficiencies, and better service for our valued customers.
In October 2022, ATS Scientific acquired Folio Instruments Inc., a Kitchener-ON based provider of scientific equipment and services, making the combined company one of the largest independent scientific equipment providers in Canada.
All products sold are supported by factory trained Technical Sales/Support and Service Representatives with well over 250 years combined customer support. Application driven consultations including sample evaluations and instrument demonstrations are routinely offered to their clientele.
With a team of knowledgeable and dedicated bilingual customer service representatives, all incoming calls are attended to personally and not directed to an automated attendant.
