Online video is already massive with 1.3 billion videos watched a day in the US-alone. However, with 91% of households still paying for network TV, there is still a huge chunk of the market to be disrupted. We believe that this could be solved via niche focused curation of video content. People who watch different TV channels have different behaviors, quirks and kinks. Each video niche will have a totally different viewing experience. Plus, we believe that the TV, lean-back viewing format, is the viewing format that you prefer. Where you need not lift a finger to obtain the content that is relevant to you. So at AtticTV, our mission is to make the traditional network TV less relevant using carefully crafted niche channels that is built to fully satisify the unique video watching habits of each niche and distribute it to all platforms where you consume videos i.e. the desktop, mobile platforms, tablets and SmartTV.
