Founded in 2003, Asia Television Holdings Limited (formerly known as Co-Prosperity Holdings Limited) had principally engaged in the processing, printing, and sales of finished fabrics, and the provision of fabrics processing subcontracting services in China. The Company was listed in the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange back in March 2006. In recent years, we have gradually diversified into properties, securities investment, money lending, as well as media and entertainment business; and we have now become an investment holding company with multiple business lines in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia.
