Auburn University's Engineers Without Borders

EWB at Auburn is a student chapter of the international non-profit Engineers Without Borders. Over a yearly cycle, our students work to conceptualize, design, and fundraise an international water resources project that will be simple to construct, inexpensive to implement, and transform the water infrastructure of underdeveloped communities. Currently, the team has two projects working in both Quesimpuco, Bolivia and Xeo, Guatemala which involve implementing multi-year, multi-thousand-dollar systems focusing on irrigation and potable water access, respectively. As well, the chapter has recently begun a project in the greater Auburn area working to target bacterial contaminations in a local creek.
