Au Poisson-chat is pursuing a simple goal : bringing you the best tasting poke you’ve ever had. For this, we use traditional Hawaiian recipes that we finetuned to improve their original balance. Our responsibility is to make our environmental impact as low as possible. We use seasonal products, collaborate with food saving companies (like karma) and offer a “package-free” program to our customers. We do catering for companies around the restaurant, call us to discuss ! We could even do a poke masterclass for you and your friends.
