Executive Coach, Health and Well-being Coach and Business Consultant with 25 years of experience in leadership positions in major pharmaceutical companies. After leaving a successful corporate career, I launched AuBella AG in early 2023. AuBella's two pillars combine two major interests of mine: enabling people to function at their best in their personal and professional lives, and supporting biotech companies in bringing innovative therapies to the market. I leverage both my wide-ranging experience in the pharma industry, where I was able to coach and mentor people as I led diverse teams in multiple regions of the world, and my recent training and certification as a Chopra Health/Well-being coach and an Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Meditation teacher. Thanks to this background, I offer a unique and proprietary set of blended tools that have helped myself and others to reach high levels of success in career and life.
