Auerbach's is a family owned meat business that offers a wide range of center of the plate protein. We are currently harvesting approximately 500 head of Angus Beef both all natural anti-biotic free as well as conventional Angus Beef. The quality of our cattle is a top choice product and an excellent addition to any food service operation. We are the only company in town that controls from the live animal all the way to portion controlled steaks. Auerbach's offers kosher and non-kosher meat products and is operated out of Denver, Colorado.
