Elevation Meats is the brainchild of Chad Nelan, born and raised in Colorado. His experience as a butcher and charcutier along with his passion for bringing high-quality cured meats to as many people as possible carved the path for Elevation Meats to become the company we are today. We believe the best products can only be made with the best ingredients. Starting with humanely-raised pork—free of antibiotics and hormones—we source the best spices for all of our products, including Italian Fennel Pollen, Calabrian Chiles, Pimenton de la Vera, and Espelette Pepper, as well as other fresh herbs for our whole muscle offerings. By leaning on old-world technique, Colorado-inspired flavors, and modern-day methods of production, we make uniquely balanced, flavorful charcuterie that everyone can enjoy.
