Arab Union for International Exhibitions & Conferences -AUIEC

Arab Union for International Exhibitions & Conferences (AUIEC) is an Arab International organization established in 1995 under the auspices of the League of Arab States to represent and serve the Arab exhibition & convention industry. On December 3, 1997, the Council of Arab Economic Unity issued Resolution No. 1070 / D 66 approving the joining of the AUIEC to the specialized Arab unions operating under the umbrella of the Council. The headquarters of the AUIEC is in Cairo, and its existence is governed by the headquarters agreement signed with the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. AUIEC is the voice of Arab Exhibition & convention industry, acting to protect the rights and investments of venue owners, event organizers, service providers and contractors and exhibitors small and large. AUIEC comprises of over 600 member companies and organisations in almost 22 countries in the Arab region, offering unrivalled data, education, communication channels, and business development and networking opportunities The mission of the AUIEC is to create tangible value for its members, by leveraging the combined strengths of the Arab exhibition & convention industry. AUIEC is committed to driving and supporting sustainable development among our Arab & overseas membership and the exhibition & convention industry at large.
