Customer education is broken, suffering from a lack of impact and traceability, while being time and cost-intensive to build. However, it's crucial. The value a customer can obtain out of a product, and vice versa, is limited by their domain knowledge. Most software companies have the potential to become, and benefit from, being an educational experience, in this way closing a knowledge gap that impacts their net revenue retention. We are building the infrastructure to power these efforts and create a new category in Embedded Education.
