Auli was founded in July 2018 by Abhishek Uniyal, Brijesh, and Vineet Chauhan with a shared vision to create a café experience that blends quality, service, and community. What started as a small venture with Rs 50,000 during Abhishek’s 4th semester of Electrical Engineering quickly gained traction. Within 90 days, Auli became known for its exceptional offerings and customer experience.
From the very beginning, the trio was clear about making this idea big. Their combined passion and dedication laid the foundation for Auli Cafe’s early success.
In 2020, Mohd Anas, with over 25 years of experience, joined as a mentor and co-founder, guiding the brand into its next phase of growth. Under his leadership, Auli expanded from 2 outlets in Uttarkashi and New Tehri to 5, bringing the unique flavors of Uttarakhand to more locations, including Delhi.
Today, Auli Cafe operates across three hill stations in Uttarakhand and continues to grow, driven by the passion to deliver authentic, memorable experiences.
