Aurataaq

Aurataaq is a women-led initiative to connect and work for women in Sindh. It aims to bring the spirit of ‘Autaaq - اوطاق’ for women in the face of a space where they can support each other and work for the furtherance of womanhood. Aurataaq is an active forum for women to discuss and actively participate to address women’s issues in Sindh irrespective of their caste, culture, and religion. To celebrate matriarchy and its role in the development of society, Aurataaq aims to function as a sister community for other women-led organizations in Sindh to work together on women’s health and hygiene, education, awareness, and leadership.
