Evaluation of the most suitable candidates on technical, functional, psychometric, communication and interpersonal skills parameters.
Informal Reference Check of the candidate before sending them for an interview with client
Scheduling and coordination the interaction of the client and candidate.
Active help during salary negotiation.
Formal Reference check of the selected candidates.
Follow up with the candidate until he or she joins the client.
