Allok (Jiaxing) Metal Materials Co.,Ltd. was built in 2015, it owes two production bases in Jiaxing city and Yancheng city, equipped with precision cold rolling machines, cold drawing machines, bright annealing furnace, ultrasonic cleaning tank, passivation tanks, multi-line electropolishing devices, ultrapure water preparation machine, dryer, clean room, eddy current testing detector, ultrasonic flaw detector and other equipment, focusing on the production of stainless steel tubes, stainless steel pipes and nickel alloy tubes.
The company can produce 300,000 meters of stainless steel electropolished tubes, 600,000 meters of stainless steel and nickel alloy bright annealed tubes, 80 tons of stainless steel AP pipes and tubes per month. Products are widely used in semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, photovoltaics, chemical instruments, automotive industry, special gas engineering and other industries. We have a large number of inventories, regular sizes of products can be despatched immediately from stock; for non-standard products that need to be customized, we have the ability to sample and mass produce for customers in a relatively short period of time.
The factory has established quality management system, optimized equipment configuration, complete production process, standardized technician training, and strict quality control process to ensure that products meet industry standards and meet the actual needs of customers. All products are strictly tested in accordance with industry standards and contract agreements before leaving the factory, MTC will be provided, if necessary, a third-party testing certificate can be provided too.
