Aureum EVOO

Aureum is a brand of the Sa .Gi. Fruit Srl, a company that originates from a consolidated tradition of olive and citrus growers that has been handed down for generations by the Sardaro family in Puglia , Italy. Silvio Sardaro, a young entrepreneur and lawyer, joined his family company in 2019 and created Aureum, a brand and packaging to elevate the excellent quality of the extra-virgin olive oil to an object of design. Silvio selected the name Aureum which in Latin means liquid gold to enclose the idea of quality and prestige of the EVOO.
