Auri is a private provider of hearing aids. The company is built around the idea that people with hearing loss should be able to skip the long waiting lists in the public system, without paying anything and without having to compromise on quality. Auri has managed to create a business where it is possible to offer free hearing aids and high-quality treatment without delay.
Auri has within a short time become the leader for a substantial part of the private market in Denmark. The company currently consists of approximately 80 employees and has 26 clinics. The clinics have consultation by appointment, and clinic staff consists of a trained hearing specialist and a secretary. At the first visit to the clinic the patient will have a thorough hearing test and a conversation with a hearing specialist about which hearing aid solution that will fit best for the patient's needs and desires.
Three weeks later the hearing aids is handed out and fitted in the clinic, where all subsequent adjustments also is made. Auri offer full warranty and an unlimited number of adjustments in the four-year subsidy period. All administration of the clinics is centralized in the headquarters of Auri in Slagelse, where economy, HR, IT, marketing, purchasing, logistics and repairs are handled.
