AURIMOD GmbH

AURIMOD is a 2015 founded start-up launched by a highly experienced and interdisciplinary team from academia, medicine and engineering. We focus on product development and applied biomedical/clinical research in the field of wearable electro-medical devices for percutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation. We develop innovative therapies for personalized pain management based on electrical stimulation. The targeted stimulation modulates sensory fibers of the vagus nerve in the ear. This minimal-invasive pain therapy has successfully been proven its clinical efficacy and effectiveness. Auricular vagus nerve stimulation is a non-pharmacological pain treatment with sustainable effects. Our highly innovative concept of stimulation allows for an optimized and individual therapy even for otherwise treatment resistant patients.
