Our positive behaviour support service empowers NDIS participants to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
We take an evidence-based approach, using proactive strategies to teach new skills to effectively manage challenging behaviours. We focus on each individuals strengths, and how to use them to achieve positive outcomes.
Our behaviour support practitioners are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and specialise in working with people with disability of all ages and backgrounds.
We provide training to families, carers and support workers and aim to engage NDIS participants in innovative and fun ways while building confidence and improving social and emotional skills.
Our services include:
• Functional behaviour assessments.
• Development of positive behaviour support
plans (including plans to minimise the use of
restrictive practices).
• Training for parents, families, carers and
disability support workers.
• Compatibility assessments for those
exploring individual living options.
