Aurora has three main lines of business, operating in two divisions: (i) in the Investment Banking Division: (a) we serve as placement agent in private placement securities offerings by public and private companies which offerings are exempt from registration under various federal and state laws and the rules and regulations promulgated under such laws, (b) we provide a variety of consulting and advisory services to our corporate finance clients; and (ii) in the Public Securities Brokerage Division we offer full service brokerage transaction capabilities, clearing public securities transactions through Legent Clearing LLC in Omaha, Nebraska.
