We're interested in connecting with three distinct types of investor: 1) Investors who want a better return on their money, far in excess the current bank rates; 2) Investors who want to be involved in a specific project with a share of the returns on completion; 3) Hands-on Investors with an interest in learning how to develop property profitably alongside our team. 4) Those Investors who want the provision of a turnkey service.
