WHY we do it: “The great healer” or “Liquid Gold” as historically stated by Hippocrates and Homer, Olive Oil is indeed the most complete oil found in nature. The ancient believe in the value of olive oil has nowadays a scientific consensus, on the EVOO health benefits. At Aurum Azeite we aim to bring back the olive oil producer art to the purest and natural ways. WHAT and HOW we do it: We use four local varieties of olives, from local vintage terroirs and select the most intense olives, creating our perfect blend matching our high standards for freshness, fruity and spicy tastes. To do that we use the most developed technology while keeping the selection manually.
