We are the union representing employees of Singapore’s statutory boards. Since our inauguration in 1997, AUSBE has been the voice for public sector employees impacted by restructuring and change. Formed to ensure no worker is left behind, we continue to stand up for fair treatment, respect on the job, and a strong collective voice at work.
Our mission is to build fair and respectful relationships with management, improve working conditions, support lifelong learning, and push for job redesign and post-retirement opportunities. Our members are supported not just in their work today, but in their future.
