Australian friends of Rambam (Ausforam) is a charity that was created to help raise funds for and also help deepen the connection between Rambam Healthcare Campus (HCC) and the Australian community. Ausforam also facilitates flagship research collaborations between Rambam HCC and Australian medical research institutions. This includes fellowships for medical professionals going to and coming from Rambam HCC. Rambam hospital is the pre-eminent hospital providing medical services to northern Israel and serves 2 million people from several diverse communities. It has developed a range of cutting-edge technologies and medical data which can help thousands of citizens in Australia. It is respected internationally for its clinical services and innovation in medical technology. Ausforam is the Australian face of Rambam hospital, and our role is to present Rambam to the Australian community in a manner that positively reflects its prestige and successes.
