Partnering with PLANCARE will allow our organisation to expand our existing services in both NDIS and Veterans Home Care Supports to now include Home Care Package Services.
This partnership will allow us to identify, engage and deliver services in "Thin Market" locations whilst providing tailored supports to our First Nations communities in regional and remote Australia.
