About AusTherapy Care
AusTherapy Care has partnered with PLANCARE who are a Registered Home Care Provider for the delivery of services in the Aged Care Sector. Partnering with PLANCARE will allow our organisation to expand our existing services in both NDIS and Veterans Home Care Supports to now include Home Care Package Services. This partnership will allow us to identify, engage and deliver services in "Thin Market" locations whilst providing tailored supports to our First Nations communities in regional and remote Australia. AusTherapy Care is proudly part of the WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group and offers services across Australia for people linked to the NDIS, Aged Care Home Care and Veterans Home Care Supports.
