APD was established in 2004 by Pep Rocca, who had previous experience in the accounting industry being one of the founding partners of RCR Partners, during this time Pep also focused on private property acquisitions and developments. APD gave Pep the opportunity to combine these skills along with his family’s construction history and interest in property development to provide a one stop solution within the development space.
