In November 2021, our majority shareholder, Australian Super, purchased 70% of ATN, the owner and operator of the Optus mobile phone tower infrastructure from Singtel who have retained 30% share of the Company. We are now in the process of transitioning the management of towers out of Optus to ATN. We are transforming digital infrastructure with a long-term investment strategy in place for further expansion and business growth. Our national network of more than 2300 towers and rooftop sites across Australia is rapidly expanding, with 500 new sites under construction. atn is used extensively by major clients such as Optus, TPG (Vodafone), Telstra, nbn, government agencies and other wireless broadband providers. Our co-location model focuses on efficiency and simplification to connect Australian's for generations to come.
