Australian Community Support Services (ACSS) has been established in response to local community demand for culturally informed, compassionate and empathetic carers and high-quality care for people with disabilities. Our health care professionals and the social workers has the expertise and experience over 10 years in aged care, nursing care, disability and community care services. We have the highest standards when selecting support workers as its especially important to the people we help, and their loved ones, that we're only bringing the 'right worker' in our ACSS family. We support each individual in the community to spend their life in a fullest possible capacity and independently in their home environment.
