At ATM we can weave, dye, print, laminate, finish and coat an incredibly wide range of fabrics for a diversity of end uses. These also include specialised fabrics using high performance fibres such as Nomex, Twaron, Lenzing FR Viscose, Merino wool, polyester, cotton and nylon. At ATM we pride ourselves on satisfying our customer requests, this satisfaction is achieved through our loom configurations comprising of dobby Rapier and Air-jet and Jacquard Rapier looms. Our capable Converting Department has a fully equipped dye house, Finishing, Coating and Printing capability of jets, jigs, padders and washer range, with four finishing stenters, two paste coating stenter lines and a rotary print range. Our fabric inspection process includes Testa Automation Pre-Inspection machines that include computerised fault mapping equipment as well as a robotic cutting and wrapping system. ATM is a robust quality supplier and service provider, capable of a high degree of flexibility and willingness to meet customer requirements. ATM’s testing laboratory has been NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia) accredited. The laboratory ensures all products comply with our stringent quality specifications and Australian and International standards.
