Australian Students Asset Management (ASAM) is a Public Ancillary Fund registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission. The Fund was established in January 2018 and aims to facilitate a link between university students and the funds management industry, nurturing the future leaders of the industry in Australia. It provides the opportunity for motivated university students to gain experience in funds management.
ASAM is a student-led, long-only fund investing in ASX300 companies. In teams, student analysts conduct financial research, then evaluate and pitch a stock they deem undervalued.
