SITE INVESTIGATION
WE UNDERTAKE – geotechnical site investigation, contaminated, environmental / ASS site assessment, piezometer installation, permeability or infiltration testing, geophysical survey, stormwater disposal assessment, pavement dipping, site class, foundation bearing capacity or load bearing capacity and settlement, construction material / fill material / land fill material assessment, water bore monitoring, sampling and laboratory testing.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE – due diligence study or opportunities and constraints study or desktop study (to understand if unexpected ground conditions exist), site investigation, site class, site sub-soil class, materials search, fill material assessment and landfill material classification, ground improvement and monitoring scheme, earthworks specification and supervision support, upgraded site class after ground improvement, report preparation for planning and approval purpose and construction support.
DESIGN & ANALYSIS
WE ANALYSE, DESIGN & VERIFY – pile, strip and pad foundations; retaining wall; excavation; embankment; dam; foundations for: bridge piers and abutments, light post / mast, communication tower, noise wall, jetty & boat ramp; water and sewer pipeline, pressure main and gravity main, and pipeline trench and back fill, ground improvement scheme – using software packages (PLAXIS, LPILE, GROUP PILE, GRLWEAP).
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
IN CONSTRUCTION STAGE WE OFFER – dewatering and ASS management plan and implementation, platform installation for construction rigs and plants, earthworks supervision, foundation base preparation, site or base preparation quality assurance testing, supervision of basement and other deep excavations in accordance with the design and specification.
