We offer a more personalised approach and can bring to your attention certain areas of the job that will require additional time/material/skill that a typical estimator would overlook during the measure. We provide a full detailed bill of quantities in Excel formwork so you can easily add your own rates. With each measure we provide a detailed PDF plan mark up illustrating each measured item.
