Autentisk was founded by 2 people with shared values and a positive mindset. Let us first introduce Saskia Van Poele; Saskia lights up the room with her positive and enthusiastic mindset, sees a solution for every problem and makes things happen. With her coaching skills and great sense of human knowledge she knows how to unlock people’s potential. With her work experience in finance, it is no secret that she is our financial miracle. A little WARNING: don’t forget her daily fuel in the morning: coffee! The 2nd founder is Kristof Hofmans; Kristof is known as an energetic person who knows how to get the best out of people. He quickly connects with technical profiles due to his background and hands-on experience. With his proven track record in maintenance and service he always tries to improve processes and optimize costs with a minimum of machine downtime. Kristof strongly believes in the motto 'service is an attitude, not a job'. Together we run our company under the name Autentisk BV. Autentisk is Norwegian for authentic, we chose this name because of our love for Norway and because we strongly believe that everyone is authentic and should do what they love.
