Authentic Hospitality, New York’s newest hospitality group, is a collective of New Yorkers who are dedicated to crafting consistently unforgettable moments for people. It is comprised of the dynamic trio of Matt Kliegman, Carlos Quirarte and Matthew Charles. Together they oversee six New York City venues. Their bars include the hometown hangout Ray’s, Gramercy’s neighborhood cocktail destination Bar Calico and Midtown’s historic Pebble Bar. The westside’s dancing institution The Jane Ballroom and the newly opened, Southwestern inspired Georgia Room round out the late night hot spots, while their long running restaurant The Smile has been serving guests on Bond Street for over a decade.
