Authentic Me Therapy and Coaching

Are you struggling with low mood and enthusiasm, feelings of frustration, lack of direction or feeling overwhelmed? I provide counselling and coaching services to help my clients be in control of their emotions, confident, joyful and optimistic. Sessions are held at a place of the client’s, or their carer’s, choosing. Why ‘Authentic Me’? When we act in alignment with our true self, everything becomes easier, we experience less anxiety and life is simply more enjoyable. Services - Children: I provide an outreach counselling and coaching service for children within school hours. Often children already have numerous commitments after school, which may take them away from other enjoyable activities or remove the opportunity for them to recharge and rest. By providing in school sessions, I seek to allow children access to a service which assists with achieving an improved school life balance. If this service is of interest to you, please obtain permission from your child’s school to ensure an external service provider can be accommodated onsite. Services - Adults: Have you ever watched a child having the time of their life, totally lost in the moment, and wondered when you stopped having that much fun? Happiness is not something we need to go looking for, we just need to remove all the layers we have added on top over the years. We have added likes and dislikes, identities, a fixed personality, inflexibility and concerns of being judged. These often create conditions to be joyful. Within your home, or a location of your choosing, I will support you to identify and dissolve these to find the happiness, purpose and enthusiasm that was already there. Services - For Carers: I have a particular interest in working with people with disabilities as well as those in a caring role.
