Katie Furey Consulting Ltd was founded in 2023 by Katie after deciding to leave the employed world and embark on her own business journey. After spending many years as an Operations Director for two of the largest businesses across franchising and Health care, Katie decided she needed to take a break, re energise and focus on herself and her family for a while. Then the time came for her to put her thoughts into actions by setting up her own consultancy with the mission to help as many business owners as she possibly can within the Care Sector and Franchise arena.
