Authentic Self is a method, program and experience to create your most desirable life. Unsatisfied with any existing definition or approach to cultivating health and wellness, we set out to create one. We believe that health is the authentic distribution of your most finite psychic resources; Time, Energy and Attention. When these resources are directed with intent and congruent with all aspects of the "self" - Biological, Psychological and Energetic or Spiritual - we become the creators of our own reality - and tap into infinite potential. Our workshops combine the inter-dependent elements that promote the individual transcendence process of relaxing into truth about who you are, the natural inclinations you have and the gifts you can give to the world.
