We support individuals who are both newly diagnosed with autism or diagnosed during childhood but have been unable to access support or services during their adult lives.
The needs of everyone who is living with autism will be different. The support that we provide is bespoke, and wraps around the needs of the individual or family.
We are commissioned by NHS Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group to provide Low Level Preventative Support (LLPS) and Post-Diagnostic support to newly diagnosed adults.
