Auto Practice

Auto Practice was actually born through sheer frustration. We struggled to assemble all the pieces of information needed for our Architectural Lighting projects scattered across different Apps and the limitations each have. On top of that, since they are all stand alone, there was no synergy with the rest of the Team. We needed a solution! That led us on this journey, now in our 7th Year and happy to say, we haven't looked back. We embarked on developing software from the ground up specifically for Architectural Lighting Design, both Lighting Design and Lighting Design/Procure. The result is an accomplished (tried and tested - we have just released our 167th enhancement) piece of software that automates the entire process for interacting with Clients, Architects, Site Personal and Suppliers. Here's a brief summary of what Auto Practice can do : 1. Presentations - by circuit number or fixture code. ...choose to automatically only show decorative items. 2. Schedules. Show or hide prices. 3. Control Schedule. Show summary totals of the different driver types. 4. Site Manual. With one click, produce a book detailing drawings, schedules, data and assembly sheets. Just send the merged pdf to you printer and everything is labelled and collated in circuit or fixture order. 5. Produce sticky product labels with images and room labels for identifying what rooms products belong to. 6. Create delivery notes, picking slips, part deliveries - and invoices based on part deliveries. 7. Share AP products with other AP Users. There is currently over 10,000 products and growing! 8. Send quick schedules from the Products table and if you wish, include data sheets as merged pdf's. 9. The entire suite links with Xero Accounting software. Synchronise contacts, products, Invoices, PO's and credit notes. And of course if need, void and delete all in real time. 10. Send parcels from within AP 11. Import .csv from other packages
