We have experience in many fields having food process and manufacturing backgrounds, to working within the steel, chemical, utility and general manufacturing and packaging.
Most of our work is helping companies upgrade their existing hardware and software to be more efficient and compliant to the latest legislation as well as installing new systems and integrating them in to their business.
We also design, risk assess & validate machinery safety systems and produce safety certification, I am a qualified Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) by TUV-Nord. We have the ability to automate processes using motion control from the popular manufacturers and we can design and build control panels. We can install SCADA systems to collate data from plant where it may be used to satisfy the audit trail with historical data collection and interrogation other than using a paper trail.
