The Automotive Training Team was founded in 2003, as Gil Weiss and Associates. The company provided various types of dealership operations and product training to OEM dealer contact personnel and dealership employees. In 2010, Gil left the company to become Director of Curriculum Development for the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). The company was sold, and the name was changed to the Automotive Training Team. In 2015, Gil rejoined the Automotive Training Team and brought my NADA curriculum development skills, delivery knowledge, and expanded expertise back to the Automotive Training Team as the principal owner.
