The Automotive Training Team was founded in 2003, as Gil Weiss and Associates. The company provided various types of dealership operations and product training to OEM dealer contact personnel and dealership employees. In 2010, Gil left the company to become Director of Curriculum Development for the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).
