About Autonomous River Cleanup

The Autonomous River Cleanup (ARC) is a project born at ETH Zürich where we develop technical solutions to quantify and extract ocean-bound plastic pollution in rivers. The project is led by students and supported by the Robotic Systems Lab at ETH Zurich. We work together with industry partners and are connected with several universities in Europe, using robotics and automation, to tackle one of the world's most pressing challenges: ocean-bound plastic pollution.
